About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Delaware. You will assess client needs, provide psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and connect clients with resources that support their overall well-being.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work
- Active Delaware LCSW license in good standing
- Previous clinical social work or psychotherapy experience
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
- Develop and update client treatment plans
- Monitor symptoms, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Assess risk and follow established crisis procedures
