About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Sharon, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychotherapy, assessments, and mental health support. The position offers a manageable patient volume averaging approximately 5 patients daily, a stable weekday-only schedule with no weekends, no nights, and no on-call responsibilities. It serves a community-focused behavioral health environment for patients of all ages in Western Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Clear and active Pennsylvania LCSW license REQUIRED
• Experience providing psychotherapy services REQUIRED
• Ability to conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with mental health and substance abuse populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services for mental health and substance abuse treatment
• Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams
