Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Requirements
- Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
- Commitment to social work values, including equity, advocacy, and client-centered care
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
- Support youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care team members to ensure coordinated services
- Assist with care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
- Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
