About The Position

At Heredia Therapy Group, we are a collaborative, family-friendly behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the individuals and families we serve. Our services include mental health therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and social skills groups. We offer clinicians the independence and flexibility of private practice within the supportive framework of an established, team-oriented organization.

Requirements

Must hold an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Must be willing to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics.
MUST BE A LMFT, LCSW or LPCC in the State of California

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.
Clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and/or comfortable working with children under 12 years old will receive priority consideration and may qualify for higher compensation rates.
