About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Indiana. This role focuses on delivering therapy and clinical support to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges. The LCSW will assess needs, guide treatment, maintain documentation, and support clients through structured virtual care. The position offers a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a salary range of $115,000 to $120,000 a year. It is a remote opportunity built for focus, flexibility, and meaningful client care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
- Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote clinical assessments and client screenings
- Deliver individual counseling through telehealth appointments
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Keep detailed and compliant clinical records
- Track treatment progress and identify when changes are needed
- Provide crisis support within scope and according to protocol
