About The Position
Help make construction sites safer by bringing mental health care directly to the workforce. A growing behavioral health organization is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to work onsite at a large-scale construction project to support the on-site employees and contractors. This is not a 100% office role, offering the freedom to get involved and a blend of clinical work, education, and outreach with a direct impact on worker safety and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Active TX LCSW or LPC license required
- Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging diverse teams
- Open to a hands-on, non-traditional environment
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 counseling (approx. 16 clients/week, voluntary & employer-paid)
- Support workers with stress, substance use, family issues, and crisis intervention
- Lead mental health awareness talks & safety initiatives
- Be a visible, trusted presence on-site
