About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work for our client healthcare facility in Los Angeles, CA. This is a travel position with a duration of 13 weeks. The role involves computer charting using Protouch.
Requirements
- Current California SW license
- Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
- 2 years recent Case Management & discharge planning experience in a hospital setting
