About The Position
A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting clients throughout Colorado. This telehealth position focuses on delivering structured mental health care, including assessments, therapy sessions, case review, and clinical documentation. This role offers a stable schedule and values clinical judgment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based counseling services through telehealth
- Assess client needs, risks, and treatment goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
- Keep detailed and compliant session notes
- Provide support for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
