About The Position
This full-time, remote telehealth role provides scheduled video therapy sessions to adults, couples, and families across Louisiana. The clinician helps clients understand how relationship dynamics, changes at home, stress, grief, and ongoing disagreements may be affecting them. The role involves leading therapy conversations, keeping cases organized, and responding appropriately when concerns fall outside routine therapy.
Requirements
- Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing.
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
- Comfort with EHR documentation and video-based care.
- Reliable internet and a private workspace for sessions.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions by video.
- Help clients discuss recurring issues in their relationships or home life.
- Explore family roles, expectations, boundaries, and major changes when relevant.
- Keep clinical notes clear and current after appointments.
- Recognize situations requiring closer review, referral, or a different level of care.
- Communicate with other professionals when coordination is necessary.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect client privacy.
- Practice in accordance with Louisiana LMFT and HIPAA requirements.
