About The Position
Northland Health Centers is seeking to hire a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with interest and training in providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. This role is part of the primary care team and is responsible for providing standardized counseling/talk therapy for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions referred by NHC's physicians and mid-level providers. The LCSW will also address other social needs of patients and utilize area referral sources for specialty care, hospitalization, or advanced psychiatric assessments and treatments. Northland Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a National Health Service Corps site, offering potential for student loan repayment, competitive salary, and benefits.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
