Harbor Behavioral Health•Hopkinsville, KY
•Onsite

About The Position

Harbor Behavioral Health (HBH) is a community-based behavioral health organization rooted in Lexington, Kentucky, with a growing presence in Hopkinsville. We provide structured, team-based services to adults with serious mental health needs, most of whom live in personal care homes, with a focus on building independence, stability and meaningful community connection. Our Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) pairs licensed clinical staff with Peer Support Specialists in a collaborative, recovery-focused model. This role is for a full-time LCSW for our Hopkinsville program, requiring on-site presence five days a week. The job involves leading groups, conducting client intakes (including visits to personal care homes), managing the clinical aspects of client records (assessments, treatment plans, documentation, prior authorizations), and collaborating with Peer Support Specialists. The role may evolve to include covering clinical work for the Lexington program, primarily remotely with paid travel for overnight stays, and prioritizing intakes during periods of high client influx. Performance reviews are conducted by the Hopkinsville site lead, and the role involves direct work with Harbor's owner. AI tools are utilized to streamline paperwork.
