Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Missouri
• Comfortable with independent clinical workflows
• Value team-based care and rural community health

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy and mental health services in a supportive, team-based environment.
• Managing an average of 8-10 patients per day.
• Utilizing an electronic medical records system.
