Spectrum Healthcare Resources is offering a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position at the Mental Health Clinic at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, Washington. Requirements
- Any active state license accepted.
- At least 2 years of independent clinical social work practice within the past 5 years in a mental health setting (working with adults, children, or teens as applicable).
- Expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments and providing treatment to diverse populations.
- Ability to offer various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Active BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
- Perform psychosocial evaluations to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
- Deliver therapy across a range of modalities, including play, group, and family therapy.
- Support children, adolescents, and families dealing with adjustment disorders, anxiety, attention deficit disorders, emotional trauma, abuse, eating disorders, and medical-related psychological challenges.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best care for patients.
