About The Position

A full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW works directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and guide treatment over time. The role is suited to a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting.

Location: Oklahoma. Setting: Remote/Telehealth. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions.
• Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans.
• Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and internal policies.
