About The Position

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with clients across Hawaii who are dealing with emotional concerns, behavioral health needs, difficult life circumstances, or changes affecting their day-to-day functioning. The role includes providing direct therapy, conducting clinical assessments, documenting care, and coordinating with other services when additional support is needed. The clinician will manage cases using sound clinical judgment and maintain professional standards required for remote practice.

This is a full-time remote/telehealth position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary range is $115,000–$120,000 per year.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LCSW license.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience working independently with diverse client needs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions through telehealth.
• Complete clinical assessments and review relevant client history.
• Address emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns during treatment.
• Maintain complete and current clinical records.
• Recognize when a referral or additional service may be appropriate.
• Follow Hawaii licensing, confidentiality, and telehealth requirements.
