Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Resilience and Performance, Germany Relocation
About The Position
Serve as a Resilience and Performance Coach supporting a U.S. Air Force operational Human Performance program in Germany, delivering resilience, performance, and behavioral-health support within an interdisciplinary team. This role is performance-focused, not traditional outpatient behavioral health. The position is located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based LCSWs ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support are provided. Compensation includes a base salary of $102,000 to $114,000, plus employer-supported housing, cost-of-living support, home-leave, relocation, and full benefits. U.S. citizens working overseas may qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion, which can meaningfully improve after-tax take-home (eligibility varies; consult a tax advisor).
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work (CSWE-accredited)
- Active, unrestricted U.S. LCSW license
- Behavioral health, resilience, or performance experience
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany
Nice To Haves
