About The Position
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) has an opening for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide coverage at our Quitman Clinic. This position is designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, requiring employees to perform duties safely and be subject to drug and alcohol testing. The therapist is part of the healthcare team, working in conjunction with health services to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families to improve psychosocial functioning.
Requirements
- Master Degree in counseling or other approved course of study from an accredited institution
- Active LCSW/LPC licensure by the State of Arkansas

Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning of behavioral health to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
