Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
About The Position
Aviata Health Group is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our family! We are seeking individuals who thrive in a family/team environment, desire to make a difference in the lives of others, and are caring and compassionate. This is a full-time position working with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. You will be part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team, working alongside nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists. We offer a balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours, with no nights, weekends, or off-hours required.
Requirements
- Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida or LMHC.
- A completed masters in social work.
- Must pass a background screening provided by AHCA.
Responsibilities
- Work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
- Be a part of the skilled nursing facility’s integrated care team.
- Provide psychotherapy.
