Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
- Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
- Participate in case reviews and contribute to program development initiatives.
