About The Position
Twin County Recovery Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical supervision to social work staff. This is a flexible position that may be structured as part-time or contracted, depending on the candidate's availability and the needs of the agency.
Requirements
- Current New York State LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Strong clinical assessment and case consultation skills
- Familiarity with New York State professional requirements and standards of practice
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to social work staff
- Support clinical skill development, case conceptualization, documentation, boundaries, and ethical practice
- Provide consultation regarding complex client situations
- Maintain appropriate documentation of supervision
- Support staff in meeting professional, licensing, and agency expectations
- Communicate with agency leadership as needed regarding clinical or supervisory concerns
