About The Position

THESeeds Institute is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health and behavioral health services within a trauma-informed care environment. The LCSW will play a critical role in supporting individuals through assessments, counseling, and collaborative care planning.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Maryland
• Experience providing behavioral health or mental health services
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and integrated care models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in both clinical and community-based settings
• Current unrestricted license
• Minimum 25 hours weekly availability
• Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and psychosocial evaluations
• Provide individual therapy and behavioral health support

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including peer specialists and case managers
• Provide community-based support and patient education
• Assist with care coordination and referrals
