About The Position

Elevate Counseling is a fun, collaborative, and fast-growing group practice with beautiful office spaces in Westmont and downtown Chicago. Our team of over 25 culturally diverse therapists is passionate about meeting clients where they are. We pride ourselves on a supportive work culture, with leadership that invests in the team's well-being and professional growth. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented and compassionate Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Psychologist at Elevate, you will have the autonomy to build a caseload that aligns with your clinical passions while being backed by a highly supportive administrative and clinical team. You will provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to ideal client populations including Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community. There is an optional opportunity to conduct Psychological Assessments to expand services, including psychological testing and evaluations for ADHD, neurodiversity, and diagnostic clarification. You can utilize your specialties, such as trauma, anxiety, sports performance, or couples work, and we will help tailor your caseload to your clinical strengths. You will participate in a warm, team-oriented environment where case consultation and peer support are highly encouraged. You can choose to work out of our Westmont office, our Chicago office, or create a hybrid schedule that works for you.
