Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) – Full-Time - Chicago, IL and Hybrid
About The Position
Elevate Counseling is a fun, collaborative, and fast-growing group practice with beautiful office spaces in Westmont and downtown Chicago. We are looking for a talented and compassionate Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Psychologist at Elevate, you will have the autonomy to build a caseload that aligns with your clinical passions while being backed by a highly supportive administrative and clinical team. We serve Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community. We offer the option to conduct Psychological Assessments such as ADHD, neurodiversity, and diagnostic clarification. We help tailor caseloads to clinical strengths, whether it be trauma, anxiety, sports performance, or couples work. We encourage collaboration and peer support in a warm, team-oriented environment. You can choose to work out of our Westmont or Chicago office, or create a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
- A Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois (or currently license-eligible).
- The ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments.
- A culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a "fun and growing" group practice.
Nice To Haves
- Specialized training or certifications in modalities like EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT.
- Experience running intensives/support groups.
Responsibilities
