About The Position
CHE Behavioral is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. to provide high-quality clinical services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. The role focuses on improving patients’ quality of life through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams. CHE Behavioral is a multispecialty group of licensed professionals that has worked to increase access to mental health services and reduce stigma since 1994.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Passion for working with older adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in geriatric mental health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
