About The Position

Thriving Center of Psychology is seeking full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to join their team. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, combining work in their Manhattan offices with remote work. The position is a W2 role that includes benefits, a steady caseload that is built with the psychologist, and a supportive clinical community. Candidates must possess an active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).

Requirements

An active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist.
A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, and others).
A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy, and assessment where relevant, to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman.
Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
