About The Position

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our leadership team in a supervisory role. This position involves overseeing clinic performance and operations alongside the Clinic Director, assisting with staffing, providing clinical resources, and handling administrative oversight for the team. The role is available part-time or full-time, with a flexible weekly schedule. Requirements

  • Clinical Psychologist Degree or equivalent (PhD)
  • Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (we can help with getting licensed in MA - let's discuss)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
  • Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
  • Experience with Supervising Pre-Licensed Clinicians
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly individual supervision and group supervision for master's level clinicians
  • Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues with our EHR (Valant) and billing
  • Support clinic staff development
  • Partner with CD to support administrative changes as needed
  • Coordinate with CD to support the hiring process
  • Assist CD with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
  • Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
  • Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload
  • Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office
  • Participate in the weekly Clinic Director (CD) meeting
