Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate, skilled, and licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing outpatient team. Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)
  • Active Minnesota Psychologist License - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
  • Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment
  • Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessity
  • Assessment-only focus — no therapy caseload
  • Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulations
  • Produce high-quality, integrative reports that include: Diagnostic clarity, Functional insights, Strategic treatment recommendations
  • Provide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approaches
  • Present the findings of psychological testing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable manner
  • Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and testing records/data
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients
