About The Position

Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate, skilled, and licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing outpatient team. Requirements

Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)
Active Minnesota Psychologist License - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!
Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment
Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessity
Assessment-only focus — no therapy caseload
Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulations
Produce high-quality, integrative reports that include: Diagnostic clarity, Functional insights, Strategic treatment recommendations
Provide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approaches
Present the findings of psychological testing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable manner
Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and testing records/data
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care
Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients
