About The Position

A remote telehealth practice is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide full-time therapy services to clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on helping clients work through mental health concerns through regular virtual counseling sessions, structured treatment planning, and clear clinical guidance. As the LCPC, you will manage therapy sessions, complete assessments, maintain clinical records, and provide care that aligns with professional and ethical standards. Requirements

Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field
Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents
Comfortable delivering services through telehealth
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems

Responsibilities

Meet with clients remotely for scheduled counseling sessions
Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
Help clients address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues
Create and update individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely progress notes and required clinical documentation
Use telehealth tools professionally and securely
Follow all applicable ethical, licensing, and privacy requirements
Recognize when clients may need additional resources, referrals, or a higher level of care
