About The Position

Third Space Therapy is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. The company focuses on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare and handles administrative tasks such as billing, insurance, and credentialing, allowing therapists to concentrate on patient care. Clinicians benefit from full clinical autonomy, complete flexibility in setting their own hours and caseload, administrative support, a robust referral network, and the ability to practice remotely. The role involves providing meaningful work to Medicaid members and helping to improve access to care.

Requirements

• A valid LCPC license in good standing in the state of Maryland
• A Master's degree in Counseling
• At least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet
• Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Additional languages are a plus
• Confident diagnostic judgment across a range of presentations
• Skill in building treatment plans that hold up over the course of care
• A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals
• Experience managing a caseload independently
