Requirements

Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland
Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field
Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents
Comfortable delivering services through telehealth
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to clients located in Maryland
Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
Support clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered
Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes accurately
Use sound clinical judgment during virtual sessions
Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing standards and telehealth regulations
