About The Position

This full-time telehealth role is designed for an LCPC who wants to provide meaningful counseling services while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule. You will work with clients across Nevada, helping them process challenges, set realistic goals, and build healthier patterns through therapy. The role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and a steady approach to client care.

Requirements

• Active Nevada LCPC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
• Assess client concerns, symptoms, and treatment priorities
• Create practical treatment goals and care plans
• Provide counseling using clinically appropriate methods
• Review progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
• Keep client records accurate, complete, and up to date
