About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality telehealth counseling for clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs. This role requires strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and the ability to guide clients through effective, goal-focused treatment.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
- Provide assessments and ongoing mental health support
- Create treatment plans based on client history, needs, and goals
- Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and decision-making
- Maintain accurate session notes and clinical records
- Comply with all state licensing and professional standards
