About The Position
This is a full-time, remote therapy position for a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in Rockville, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess clinical skill, warmth, and the ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload while maintaining ethical boundaries and secure remote care practices. Requirements
- Active Maryland LCMFT license in good standing
- Ability to help clients explore relationship patterns while keeping care practical and respectful
- Sound clinical judgment and comfort managing a full-time virtual caseload
- Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or relationship-centered clinical concerns
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy with attention to relational and family-system dynamics
- Use MFT-informed interventions that fit each client's presenting concerns
- Maintain ethical boundaries and secure remote care practices
- Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate
