About The Position

The Clinical Liaison coordinates and supports appropriate placement of patients into BHG medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and/or substance use disorder (SUD) services. The role gathers preadmission information, communicates patient information to relevant disciplines, and oversees the transition to BHG services. As an experienced clinician, the liaison educates patients, their families, and facility staff about BHG services and programs.
