This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Requirements

  • LICSW or LMHC licensure required.
  • A Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a Master’s in a counseling-related field from an accredited college or university required.
  • Three years direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a 12 step program preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.
  • Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program.
  • Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards.
  • Develops, implements and maintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
  • Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience.
  • Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.
  • Trains and assists in the professional development of staff.
  • Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.
  • Assists with marketing and community relations as needed.
  • Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
