About The Position

Resilient Kids Child & Family Therapy is seeking a Licensed Child & Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Middletown, Delaware. This full-time W2 employee position involves maintaining a caseload of children, adolescents, and families, while also providing individual and group supervision to pre-licensed therapists. The practice handles operational burdens such as intake coordination, insurance verification, billing, scheduling, and client follow-up, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. With the opening of a new office, the practice is expanding its clinical leadership team to ensure strong supervision, thoughtful onboarding, and a healthy clinical culture. The ideal candidate will help shape the practice's growth while continuing meaningful clinical work, valuing mentorship, accountability, quality care, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • Active Delaware licensure as an LPCMH, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
  • Eligibility to provide supervision under Delaware regulations.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and family systems.
  • Strong documentation habits and organizational accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clinical supervision experience.
  • Trauma-informed care training (TF-CBT, CPP, EMDR, or equivalent).
  • Play therapy training or interest.
  • Experience with neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, or family systems work.
  • Bilingual clinicians (Spanish especially welcomed).
  • Therapists from historically underrepresented backgrounds in mental health are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of children, adolescents, and families.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.
  • Conduct weekly case consultations or Lunch & Learns focused on clinical growth.
  • Engage in documentation and meetings.
  • Potentially expand into nature-based and experiential approaches through the Buddy’s Place farm setting with provided training.
