About The Position
SoLuna Mental Wellness is seeking talented and passionate licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join their growing clinical team in Conroe, TX. This in-person role offers some Telehealth flexibility and focuses on providing care to children (5+), teens, and adults. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth and families, can manage a steady caseload, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive setting. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus. SoLuna Mental Wellness is a collaborative group practice offering comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatry, psychological assessments, and therapy. They emphasize a supportive culture for their therapists, providing mentorship, supervision, and administrative support to prevent burnout and foster authentic practice.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Texas clinical license (or provisional)
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
- BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for individuals and groups
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices
