About The Position

Built for Clinicians Who Want More Autonomy — and Meaningful Work with Children & Families Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice. We are seeking clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families and are motivated to build a caseload in this area. You won’t be handed a guaranteed schedule — you will build one. You won’t manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead — we handle that. You’ll have the flexibility to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow a child and family-focused caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and goals. What Makes This Opportunity Different • W2 employment — no 1099 tax or overhead burden • Hybrid schedule flexibility • Beautiful, fully furnished in-person clinic space (ideal for child & family work) • Administrative, billing, and credentialing support • Performance-based income growth potential • Bonus opportunities tied to productivity • Signing incentives available for clinicians with an established client base or community presence • Supervision for limited license clinicians • Ongoing case consultation support • Medical insurance benefits available for clinicians maintaining full-time caseloads We provide the infrastructure. You bring the ownership. Who Thrives Here Clinicians who: • Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families • Engage caregivers and family systems in treatment • Build and maintain recurring caseloads • Re-book and retain clients consistently • Develop relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations • Value autonomy and performance-based growth If you prefer a guaranteed caseload with minimal accountability, this may not be the right fit.
