About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Troy, MI. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. They serve over 175,000 clients annually and partner with health systems and primary care providers. The company aims to support clinicians with the tools, community, and stability needed for a lasting career. This role involves providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country. Ideal candidates are independently licensed in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD), available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly (30 hours of availability), and are behavioral health generalists open to treating various clients, including couples and children. They should be invested in client progress, comfortable with modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), and be good teammates. Specialties preferred include Child and Adolescent counseling and/or Play Therapy.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD - Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- Behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
