About The Position

NaphCare is hiring an experienced Licensed Case Manager (LISW/LISW-S/LPCC/LPCC-S/LMFT) at the Hillsborough County Jail located in Tampa, FL. Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability. Requirements

Unrestricted independent licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LISW / LISW-S / LPCC / LPCC-S / LMFT) in FL
Valid AHA BLS CPR card

Nice To Haves

Progressive administrative/management training as a case manager preferred

Responsibilities

Perform and document court ordered substance use and mental health evaluations, recommend level of care based on evaluation results, provide and coordinate referrals to community resources.
Coordinate with healthcare and security staff regarding patients’ mental health care, substance use, and release dates.
Participate in educational and training activities related to mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff.
Demonstrate knowledge of ASAM and DSM-V TR criteria.
