About The Position

We are hiring licensed Caregivers for quick start shift opportunities in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Morris, Somerset, and Union County. We offer quick onboarding, training, and scheduling for work. Our pay rate is above the industry average, and we provide quick comprehensive orientations and case training. We hire individuals who have completed CH-HHA courses, with a license in progress, and provide POE verification for the Board of Nursing. We also hire qualified CNAs and PCAs who will get their NJ CH-HHA license. We offer tuition assistance to qualified employees. Requirements

  • CHHA, CHHA license in progress or CNA willing to get CHHA license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation with current insurance
  • Able to work in the USA
  • MUST be able to travel 10-30 miles to your cases
  • MUST be able to work 2 weekend shifts ( Sat, Sun) each month-may be split up
  • MUST be able to work 1 evening shift each month
  • MUST work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB test results and MMR immunity
  • Physical exam within last 11 months

Nice To Haves

  • Completed CH-HHA courses, with license in progress
  • Qualified CNAs and PCAs who will get their NJ CH-HHA license

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical home care, personal care, companion care, and homemaking services.
  • Travel to cases within a 10-30 mile radius.
  • Work 2 weekend shifts (Sat, Sun) each month (may be split up).
  • Work 1 evening shift each month.
  • Work 1 ON-CALL SHIFT each month.
  • Provide care to people in need.
