About The Position

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to join our PRN/On-Demand team supporting unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in vibrant El Paso, Texas. As a PRN clinician, you'll step in when your expertise is needed most, providing trauma-informed behavioral health services while maintaining the flexibility to choose opportunities that fit your schedule. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two years of post-independent licensure experience.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas, on an as-needed basis.
  • U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
  • Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexible availability to support varying program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
  • Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
  • Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
  • Provide coverage for scheduled shifts, vacations, call-outs, or periods of increased program demand.
  • Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care.
