About The Position

Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) in Enid OK, and Woodward OK, is currently recruiting Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team! The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides professional behavioral health services in our outpatient office. Services include assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties primarily performed in an outpatient setting but may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services. Additional openings in Woodward and Enid! Currently under supervision? Requirements

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
  • Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
  • Must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
  • Must possess a US driver’s license.
  • Must submit to urinalysis to test for drugs for safety sensitive positions.
  • Must submit to a physical examination and meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to participate in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.

Nice To Haves

  • Actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
  • Preference may be given to candidates meeting the Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) status as defined by Title 43A 1-103(11) for some positions.
