About The Position

The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) or Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP) works in the Consumer Services department at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma. The role provides assessments, psychotherapy, and other professional behavioral health services to support individuals in recovery and wellness. Griffin Memorial Hospital serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma and provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for adults with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma-related conditions. Training is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend and holiday coverage and participation in an on-call rotation may be required. The agency requires coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week; work hours and location may vary based on business necessity, and employees may be required to work weekends and overtime. Job-related travel, such as for training, may be required. The salary range is $71,000–$79,380 for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional and $66,000–$77,175 for a Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional, based on experience, tenure, and certifications. The position is posted until filled. Requirements

For the LBHP qualification: a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field, plus full licensure (such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, or LADC).
For the LCBHP qualification: a master’s degree in a relevant field and active supervision toward licensure.
Valid driver’s license.
Openness to job-related travel, such as for training.
Participation in an on-call rotation unless exempted.
