About The Position

Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) in Fort Supply, OK, is currently recruiting Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team! The Licensed Behavioral Health Professional provides professional behavioral health services at our inpatient services. Services include assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population. The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service. Duties primarily performed in and inpatient setting but may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services. Additional openings in Woodward and Enid! Currently under supervision? Requirements

Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
Must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
Must possess a US driver’s license.
Must submit to a urinalysis to test for drugs upon a conditional offer of employment for safety sensitive positions.
Must submit to a physical examination and meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).
Preference may be given to candidates meeting the Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) status as defined by Title 43A 1-103(11) for some positions.

Responsibilities

Provides professional behavioral health services at inpatient services.
Conducts assessments and psychotherapy.
Supports recovery and wellness with a designated population.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address physical and behavioral needs of individuals in service.
Performs duties primarily in an inpatient setting, with potential for minimal duties related to mental health crisis services.
Participates in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.
