About The Position

Emerald is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW/LPCC) for their Hopkinsville location. This is a 100% outpatient position with no weekend, holiday, or after-hour calls. The role involves assisting with clinical intakes, impacting treatment planning, providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining client records, ensuring evidence-based services, coordinating care, and participating in case consultations. Emerald offers a consistent referral stream, call center support, and a user-friendly EMR system.

Requirements

Active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials: Licensed Mental Health Counselor – LMHC, LCMHC; Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, LICSW, CSW; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT; Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC, LPCC, LCPC; Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Kentucky

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
Participate in case consultation as indicated
