About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our founding team in Charlotte, North Carolina and Surrounding Areas. We offer a hybrid option and a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Our BCBAs are leaders who create a supportive environment for a transdisciplinary team to thrive and make a meaningful impact on families. You will provide neurodiversity-affirming care with the flexibility and support you deserve.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
