Bancroft is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its children's campus residential program in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience behavioral challenges. The residential treatment program utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to care, rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis. The BCBA will be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, psychiatry, and operational support. The BCBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment. The BCBA serves in a leadership and supervisory role, managing Behavior Support Specialists (often LBAs in training) while also conducting direct clinical work. Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses, offering a full continuum of services including special education, vocational training, supported employment, residential supports, and short-term behavioral stabilization services. Bancroft is actively seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence, a team of approximately 50 Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs/LBA-Ds) and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LaBAs) providing services across the organization. This team collaborates to treat challenging behavior, build skills, and offers the ability to work with a large group of like-minded clinicians.
