Licensed Auto Insurance Agent
About The Position
Velocitii is hiring Remote Licensed Auto Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping others, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional member experience. If you enjoy customer service, have a sales-minded approach, and are excited about classic automobiles, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! This is an inbound call-center position where members contact you for assistance, quotes, and policy service needs. No cold calling, no prospect or lead generation, and no building your own client base or book of business. Not a commission-only position - you'll earn an hourly wage while helping members!
Requirements
- Proof of Active Personal Lines Insurance license OR Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 6+ months in a call-center experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 year of inbound customer service experience
- Prior sales experience
- Prior experience with Five9

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls throughout your shift
- Promote and sell classic auto insurance products and services
- Guide members through insurance quotes, policy options, and coverage recommendation
- Educate customers on insurance products and membership benefits
- Advance sales opportunities from initial conversation through closing
- Service existing insurance policies accurately and professionally
- Assist risk related to new and existing policies
- Promote membership programs, products, and services

- Starting pay is dependent on state: AZ: $19.00/hour with paid training, FL/SC/TX: $18.50/hour with paid training
